Getting ready for my second workout of the day!
Yesterday (monday) I did weight training for my legs and upper body before running 30 minutes, then in the afternoon kick boxing of course :) Don’t feel too sore today, despite not having done weight since before xmas.
Today I worked my arms and did cardio in the morning, and now I have kickboxing again!
But today’s practice is only for those who compete, so we’ll be 3 people plus the coach..no cutting corners :P
Most likely going to be exhausted afterwards..but it’s all worth it!

Feel weird uploading this, but I’m hoping posting about my workouts will help me stay motivated to keep pushing :)
I am getting ready to fight competitively in kickboxing, and with all the hard training, I’m sure my body will change a lot the next few weeks.
I have 5 kickboxing practices a week, 3 days of weight training and 3 days of intense cardio in addition to the cardio i do after my weight training rutine (so 6 cardio workouts a week, but with varying intensity).
Luckily I’m not on a strict diet calorie-wise, but i still have to watch what i eat in terms of what nutrients the food gives me, and have to make sure i eat enough to keep my energy up.
My goal is a 6-pack! For girls, I feel like it’s the ultimate way to show you’re in amazing shape, and it’s impossible to achieve fabulous abs unless you’re overall fit.
I’m hoping to have completed my goal by May..Wish me luck! :P

I’m sorry for not posting anything new over the holidays…There’s just been a lot of stuff going on.
But now I’m back, and ready to get posting :)
I just have one question for you followers:
Since I am preparing to fight in a kickboxing tournament, I’m going to be following a fairly strict diet and training regimen.
How would you guys feel if I started blogging about this in addition to my martial arts posts?
